Property management
Choose how much of the day-to-day you hand over: manage it yourself, get assistance, or have a manager run it under an agreed contract.
Service levels
- Self-managed. You list, show and let the property yourself using RentCare's tools.
- Assisted. You stay in charge and bring in RentCare agents for tasks such as assisted viewings and inspections.
- Fully managed. A property manager runs operations for you under a written management contract.
Where this stands
Management contracts and the manager role exist in the platform's data model and the staff tools can see them. Owner statements, fee schedules and the contract screens for landlords are still being built, so RentCare does not publish management fees yet.
