- Publish listings once approved, and receive free standard viewing requests and applications.
- Chat with applicants without sharing phone numbers.
- Prepare a tenancy from an approved application, with both parties accepting the exact terms in the app.
- Keep a rent schedule, receive invoices on time and record rent you receive directly.
Not available yet
- Online rent collection through RentCare. Until it is connected, rent is paid to you directly and you record it.
- Rent Control registration through RentCare, which depends on the connection with Rent Control Ghana.
- Landlord subscription pricing, which has not been decided or published.
